Join forces with XOM eProcurement – Keep an overview together
With this new function, you have the possibility to add further employees of your company to your RFQs. A big plus: You as the responsible buyer AND your colleagues have the complete overview on any updates regarding the RFQs. All of the added participants receive notifications about new offers and price adjustments made by the suppliers – within the tool and by mail. Thus you and your colleagues are always up-to-date.
How to add employees to your RFQ
First, you add employees of your company via the menu item "User administration". Once you have created a new RFQ, you can select those employees who should be added to the RFQ as participants. Then click on "Submit". Participants can be modified or added at any time, even after the request has been sent to the supplier.
