We proudly announce the go–live of our new Customer Support section! From help on first steps and technical problems to instructions on different functionalities: Here you will find all the information you need to use our tools. Videos, screenshots, and animated GIFs help you to better understand the individual steps.
Let's give it a try right now:
1. Open the Customer Support section
2. Choose your role: are you a buyer or a seller?
3. Select the appropriate tool: XOM eProcurement or XOM eShop
4. Choose between the three categories "First steps", "Functionalities" and "Technical Issues" and browse through the different articles
5. In the navigation on the left you can switch between the categories
6. If you are not sure to which category your problem belongs to, use the search function
To make the Customer Support section as user-friendly as possible, there are some useful features:
Using the search bar at the top, you can conveniently search for articles related to your question. Use the filter option on the left to show only the answers for your tool.
Use the menu function at the top to conveniently switch between tools and roles.
Additional helpful hints are displayed in form of "Quick tips".
At the end of each article you have the possibility to indicate whether it was helpful or not. This way you help us to further optimize our articles and instructions for you.
