(eProcurement Seller) What you can do when the link provided in the notification email is not working

The XOM eProcurement solution supports all common browsers like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari. It does not support old versions of the Microsoft Internet Explorer. 
If a link in an email is not working properly, please make sure to use one of the supported browsers.
