(eProcurement Buyer) What you can do when you have difficulties to log in 

The XOM eProcurement solution supports all common browsers like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari. It does not support old versions of the Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you encounter problems, please make sure to use one of the supported browsers. If you are still unable to log in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to: https://procurement.xom-materials.com
  2. Click on “Forgot Password” 

  3. Enter your email address

  4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Follow the steps described in the email. This link is only valid for 30 minutes.
  5. Once you successfully set a new password, you can use your email address and password to log in.
