For legal reasons, only suppliers who have logged in to the platform for the first time can receive email notifications of new RFQs. However, once suppliers log in, they will have access to all related RFQs and can quote on any RFQ. 
 
After the supplier has logged in for the first time, email notifications will be activated for any incoming RFQ.
