- On the dashboard, select the quote you want to see
- Click on “View Quote”
- Click on the hammer icon with the notification in red.
- Click on the tag icon to offer a new price or click on the message icon to send a message to the buyer
Quick tip
You can also attach files if needed by clicking on the file icon next to the send button
Alternatively, you can also find all negotiations over the notification icon at the top left of the page.
- Click on the message you want to read
- Click on “Open messages window”
- A chat window will open, you can message the buyer or make a counteroffer
