- Click on the hammer icon of the product for which you want to negotiate the price. A chat window will open.
- Click on the message icon to send a message to the supplier or click on the tag icon to request a new price.
- Click on the hammer icon to see the updates on the price negotiation.
- Check whether the supplier did or did not accept the price request. The total price is automatically updated when the supplier has submitted a new offer.
