You have the option to reopen quotes you already received from your suppliers for reprocessing and subsequent negotiation.
- Click on “Compare Quotes”.
- Click on “Reopen Quote”.
- Send a message to the supplier specifying why you’re asking to submit the quote again and then click on “Reopen Quote”.
- A notification will be sent to the supplier.
After submission, you can see that the quote is waiting to be updated.
Quick tip
You can reopen any quote for any of your suppliers, also after the expiry date of your RFQ has been reached already. Make sure that no purchase order has been placed yet.
