In case suppliers have only limited availability of a certain product, you can split your desired volume between several suppliers. In order to do so, you need the role of “Volume allocator”.

1. In your overview of the different offers, you see a bar above the prices
2. You can type in the splitted volumes for the different suppliers
3. The request will be sent to the RFQ-Owner for approval
