What to do when you are currently not able to quote

Sellers have the option to respond to requests with "No quote possible" and tell the buyer a reason, such as "Currently out of stock". If an offer is subsequently possible, it can be submitted as usual as long as the expiry date has not yet been reached. 

1. Go to the RFQ overview
2. Click on an RFQ that is open for quotes
3. At the bottom right, click “No quote possible”
4. A message window will open where you can select a reason and leave a comment for the supplier
5. Click “Submit information”

If it is possible again for you to quote and the expiry date of the RFQ has not yet been reached, you can make a quote as usual.
